2014 Mar 20 - Bok Tower Gardens and Dinner over the Fire

We decided to go into Lake Wales because we've pretty much checked out the park. Bok Tower Gardens, a National Historic Landmark, is the big attraction in town. Edward W. Bok was a VP at Bethlehem Steel and created the gardens in the 1920s. We toured the gardens for a good part of the afternoon. There are 60 bells in the carillon weighing from 16 lbs. to 11 tons. Total weight of the bells is over 63 tons. All of the bells were made in England. Enjoy the pictures.
