2015 Mar 04 - Arrived at Henderson Beach State Park in Destin, FL

We rolled into the park at 3:00 (back on Central Time now). Our friends, Fred & Vicki, Gary & Andrea, and Steve & Cheryl were already here. We sat around and visited for a while. The weather was cooler and breezier than it was at Silver Springs, but still in the mid 60s. I snapped a few pics around camp before turning in.

There is a pretty thick buffer of sand dunes between our site and the beach, but we can hear the waves crashing with the windows open. It's going to be good sleeping tonight! The weather is supposed to deteriorate tomorrow, so we'll see what kind of pics we get in the daylight.
