On Saturday, St. Patrick's Day, we walked down to the Myakka Outpost. It was a bit warmer, so there were several gators on the inlet where the big airboats dock. There are some big ones there!
That evening, Norm and Dottie, Art's neighbors, joined us for the annual St. Patrick's Day party at Art's boat club. Lots of green beer, corned beef, cabbage, roast beef, and partying. This is our third year for these festivities. It's always a good time. Can't beat it for 15 bucks a head!

On Monday evening, we had dinner at the Linger Lodge with Art & Jo and Matt and his family. Matt's mom was Jo's and Marsha's mom's sister. This place is really unique. It's way off the beaten path and was there long before the subdivision, through which you have to drive to get there, was even thought of.
