I'm getting better at keeping the animal species straight (Marsha's taking notes), so the captions on today's pictures are probably more accurate than yesterday's.
The Samburu village was really interesting. Marsha and I brought a few school supplies for their children and donated a few dollars for school uniforms, etc. At the age of 15, young men are "chased into the bush," where they live for 15 years before coming back to get married. They can visit the village during that time, but cannot stay.
We stopped at Larsens Camp for a potty break. Tomorrow, we will travel to a similar camp called Sweetwater Camp where we will spend one night.
We got back to the lodge at about 2:00 for lunch. After lunch, I went back to the room and died! I only got abbot four hours sleep last night. Marsha had to wake me up at 6:00 to shower and go to dinner.
Enjoy the pictures!
