We
left Oscar Scherer on Monday for the 252 mile drive to White Springs,
FL where we'll camp for 3 nights at Stephen Foster Culture Center State
Park. White Springs is a small north-Florida town that's seen better
days, but the park is beautiful. BTW, the carilon contains 96 tubular (shaped like a tube, not like a bell) bells; the largest in the world.
Tomorrow, Thursday, is the first day of a tractor and antique machinery show here in the park, but we'll be pulling out in the morning, headed for St. George Island State Park where we'll stay for seven nights before heading toward Illinois.
