We got up at o'dark:30 to be in Mattoon by 8:30 for Adi's first soccer game of the season. I was a beautiful morning for a soccer game. As usual, Adi played well and her team squeaked by with a one-point win.After the game, we all went to the Downtown Diner for breakfast.
We didn't know it until we got to Mattoon, but the Coles County Air Show was being held that day, so after breakfast we headed for the airport to check it out. Marsha and I stayed for just a couple of hours, but managed to see some neat aircraft while we were there.
